At Raere Vintage, we carefully curate one-of-a-kind vintage and pre-owned designer pieces. Due to the unique nature of our collection, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect fit or sizing
- Personal preference
- Failure to read the product description or measurements provided
We encourage all customers to carefully review the product description, measurements, photographs, and condition notes before making a purchase. As our pieces are vintage or pre-owned, minor signs of wear consistent with age should be expected and form part of their unique character. Any significant flaws will always be clearly noted in the listing.
Incorrect or Faulty Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, or your order arrives significantly different from the description provided, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@raerevintage.com.
If, after review, we determine that the item has been incorrectly described or an error has occurred on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or replacement where possible.
Refund Processing
Where a refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
