Raere Vintage specialises in curated vintage and pre-owned designer pieces. Due to the nature of vintage, each item is unique and may show signs of wear consistent with its age. We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each item, including any notable flaws or imperfections.

Authenticity

All designer items are carefully inspected and authenticated before being offered for sale. We stand behind the authenticity of every designer piece sold by Raere Vintage.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in your selected currency and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

Order Acceptance

Raere Vintage reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Raere Vintage is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping details or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference.

If an item arrives significantly different from its description or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
