At Raere Vintage, every order is carefully packed and shipped with the same attention to detail that goes into sourcing each piece.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during collection launches, holidays, or promotional periods.
Shipping
We ship worldwide using DHL Express. All orders include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and are provided as a guide only. Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Raere Vintage is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by the courier. If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly using your tracking information. If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Raere Vintage cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout or for additional shipping costs incurred if a parcel is returned to us.
